1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use the website on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that organisation in relation to your website use.

If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue your use of the website. Your use of a specific MUFK Integrated service may also be governed by a proposal, order form, licence, subscription, service-level agreement, privacy notice or other written agreement.

2. Website operator

This website is operated by Mupo Projex (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2019/545521/07, trading as MUFK Integrated (“MUFK Integrated”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

3. Scope and relationship with other agreements

These terms apply to the public MUFK Integrated website, including its information pages, resources, search, enquiry, demonstration and support entry points.

They do not replace the contract governing a client workspace, implementation, software licence, subscription, support service, professional service or other paid engagement. If these terms conflict with a signed agreement for a specific service, the signed agreement prevails for that service.

The public website is not an online store. Submitting a form, requesting a demonstration or discussing a solution does not itself conclude a purchase or service agreement.

4. Website information

Website content provides general information about MUFK Integrated, its platform, services, capabilities and business. It is not legal, financial, insurance, security, regulatory or other professional advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice appropriate to your circumstances.

Product descriptions, illustrations, workflows, screenshots, availability statements and examples may be simplified or refer to configurable functionality. Final scope, features, integration, security controls, hosting, service levels, pricing, delivery dates and responsibilities must be confirmed in an approved written proposal or agreement.

We take reasonable steps to maintain useful and current website information but do not promise that every page will always be complete, error-free or current.

5. Permitted use

You may access, view and use the website for lawful personal, professional or internal business purposes connected with learning about MUFK Integrated, contacting us, requesting a demonstration, obtaining support information or evaluating a potential business relationship.

You may print or save a reasonable number of website pages for those purposes, provided that copyright, trade-mark and other notices remain intact and the material is not modified or presented misleadingly.

6. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• use the website for an unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or misleading purpose;
• attempt unauthorised access to the website, a client workspace, an account, infrastructure or connected system;
• probe, scan, test, circumvent or interfere with security or authentication without prior written authorisation;
• introduce malware, harmful code, excessive traffic or another mechanism that could disrupt operations;
• scrape, harvest, mirror or systematically extract content or personal information without written permission;
• impersonate another person, misrepresent authority, or submit false or unlawful information;
• use website content to build, train or improve a competing dataset, model, product or service without written permission;
• remove proprietary notices or claim ownership of MUFK Integrated content; or
• help another person to do any of the above.

7. Enquiries, demonstrations and proposals

Information submitted through enquiry, demonstration or support channels is used to assess, route and respond to the request in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

A demonstration is exploratory and does not create a purchase commitment. Discussions, estimates or preliminary communications are not binding unless included in a written agreement signed or otherwise validly accepted by authorised representatives.

Do not send passwords, one-time codes, payment-card details or unnecessary special personal information through a general form or email.

8. Client login and authorised access

The public marketing website does not process client passwords. Where configured, the client-login page redirects authorised users to an approved authentication service.

Client-platform access is restricted to authorised users and governed by the applicable client agreement, security rules and user responsibilities. Users must protect their credentials, follow approved access procedures and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.

9. Information and materials you submit

You retain any rights you hold in information or materials submitted through the website. You grant MUFK Integrated the limited permission needed to receive, store, review, reproduce internally, route and otherwise process the submission for the request, service, security, record-keeping and legal purposes described in our Privacy Notice and applicable agreements.

You confirm that you are authorised to submit the information, that it is not knowingly unlawful or malicious, and that any personal or confidential information included is reasonably necessary for the request. Upload only files your organisation authorises you to share.

10. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website and its text, branding, trade marks, graphics, icons, layouts, software, documentation and other content are owned by or licensed to MUFK Integrated and protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

These terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to use the public website as described above. They do not transfer ownership or grant a licence to source code, platform software, confidential information, trade marks or other proprietary material.

Third-party names, marks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Third-party websites and services

The website may link to affiliated organisations, meeting platforms, authentication services, public authorities or other third-party websites. A link is provided for convenience or context and does not mean that we control or accept responsibility for the third party’s content, availability, security, products or privacy practices.

Your use of a third-party website or service is governed by that provider’s terms and privacy information. Review them before submitting information or entering a transaction.

12. Privacy and personal information

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Notice. The notice explains the categories of information collected, purposes, sharing, retention, security safeguards and data-subject rights.

13. Website availability and security

We may maintain, update, change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the website. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, technical faults, third-party services, network conditions, security events or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We take reasonable steps appropriate to the website and information involved, but no internet service can be guaranteed completely secure or continuously available. You are responsible for using suitable devices, networks, browser updates and security precautions.

If you suspect a security issue, contact admin@mufk85.co.za with an initial description. Do not send exploit code, credentials or sensitive records until an appropriate secure exchange method has been agreed.

14. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the public website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not give an express or implied warranty that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of harmful components, suitable for a particular purpose, or that general content will meet a specific user’s requirements.

Any enforceable commitment concerning a platform, service, implementation, integration, security control, outcome, price or delivery date must appear in the applicable written agreement.

Nothing in these terms limits a warranty, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MUFK Integrated is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from use of, reliance on, or inability to use the public website or a third-party link, including loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or data.

This limitation does not exclude or restrict liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury where exclusion is unlawful, and does not reduce rights or remedies that apply under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or another applicable law.

Liability relating to a paid service or client workspace is governed by the applicable written agreement.

16. Changes, restriction and suspension

We may update these terms to reflect website, service, business or legal changes. The current version will be published on this page with its effective and last-updated dates. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their stated effective date.

We may restrict or suspend website access where reasonably necessary to protect security, investigate misuse, comply with law, maintain the website or address conduct that breaches these terms.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of South African courts with authority over the dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer forum, regulator process or jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Before starting formal proceedings, you are encouraged to contact us so that the issue can be considered and, where appropriate, resolved. This does not prevent urgent relief or affect a statutory time limit.

18. General provisions

If a provision of these terms is unlawful or unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, while the remaining provisions continue to apply.

A failure or delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation. These terms do not create a partnership, employment, agency or joint venture relationship between you and MUFK Integrated.

Any provision intended by its nature to continue after website use ends—including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and governing law—will continue to apply.
